When reporting issues, please specify which client you are using (Mac or PC). This thread is for reporting issues only; for general feedback please use the Feedback thread.
Known Issue New Character Creator/Recustomizer Some players may experience a client crash when using the new character creator.
Workaround: Some users are occasionally experiencing a client crash when entering the character creator for re-customization. A fix for this will be deployed tomorrow. In the meantime, people that are experiencing this issue are advised to uncheck the "Physically simulated cloth and hair" option in the ESC menu ? Display & Graphics before entering the character re-customization.

Originally by: El'Niaga I pressed Re-Customization and nothing happened.
It gave a message that you will have to recreate your character first in the character creator. I said okay and well nothing happened.....
Did you get any message? Any sort of you need this kind of thing?

When clicking the Forums link from EvE Gate, I get this error:
Quote:
Error 118 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT): The operation timed out.
The EvE Gate Calendar does not list the 1.4 deployment.
We've temporarily removed the news item from publication while we work on the contest in Facebook (this indicates that you're receiving a cached copy, by the way). Regarding the EVE Gate error, I've reported that to Team Occam's Razor, and I plumb forgot to update the EVE Gate calendar with the deployment information. Thank you for the heiny kick :)

For those of you experiencing issues with flickering screens, please file a technical petition if your video card drivers are current. Be sure to include all relevant information about your hardware, as well as your client video settings.
